<p>I&#8217;m going to say&#8230; &#8220;YES!&#8221; And, give it a huge<strong> 2 thumbs up!</strong></p>
<p>Why?  Because of all the keyword research tools out there, and I&#8217;ve used &#8216;em all, Market Samurai is by far the best and here are all the reasons why.</p>
<p>I wouldn&#8217;t be able to give a Market Samurai Review without first pointing out that keyword research is perhaps the most important thing you can do before building, updating or blogging on your website.</p>
<p>A website without traffic is like posting flyers in the rain forest. You do keyword research to tell you how many searches a keyword phrase gets and how much competition there is on Google and other search engines for that keyword phrase.</p>
<p>My websites rank for various keyword phrases, not just one, and Market Samurai helped me do that.</p>
<p><strong>Reason #1:</strong> Market Samurai is easy to use and their video tutorials rock!  It&#8217;s a program that you download and install on your computer and it interfaces with Google&#8217;s synonym database.  The colorful results pages help you see exactly what you need to do to outrank your competition and it gives you just enough data, without overwhelming you, to accomplish any keyword task.</p>
<p><strong>Reason #2:</strong> A Market Samurai Review wouldn&#8217;t be accurate without talking about the SEO competition results.  In most cases, the keyword phrases that you choose will have to rank better than the top 10 on Google.  Therefore, knowing exactly what you need to do to outrank them is key.  <a title="Market Samurai Review" href="http://bit.ly/9dMp9J">Market Samuari </a>accomplishes this task by focusing not only on off site optimization but on site as well.  It gives you a very good snapshot of the top 10 and let&#8217;s you know where you can one-up the competition.</p>
<p><strong>Reason #3:</strong> RESULTS!  I&#8217;ve been getting awesome results  on Google for not only long tail keyword phrases like &#8220;advanced piano lessons&#8221; or &#8220;Linus and Lucy sheet music&#8221; but also for short keyword phrases as well such as &#8220;business training&#8221; and &#8220;piano music&#8221;.  Knowing exactly what I need to do to rank is very important and Market Samurai does that for me.</p>
<p><strong>Reason #4: </strong> Cost.  This software is inexpensive.  Last time I checked it was just under $100.  To me, it&#8217;s worth 10 times that much.  Imagine what one good keyword ranking on Google could do for your business.  It&#8217;s a no brainer.</p>
<p>This Market Samurai Review is based on using the software for almost a year.  In fact, I was likely one of the first people to download it. Like I said, I don&#8217;t post any content online without running it by Market Samurai first. Guessing my keyword phrases is not an option and not a good plan.</p>

<p>Hi! This is Paul Tobey, and if you are here, it&#8217;s because you are doing your research on me!</p>
<p>You are not alone.  It turns out, some folks will do their due diligence and research me.  One of the ways to do your research is to put the keyword search phrase &#8220;paul tobey scam&#8221; into google. Don&#8217;t feel bad.  It turns out to be a high keyword search term.</p>
<p>If you are going to invest some time and effort taking our courses, you should be researching the trainer.  Good job if you are here!</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s get the Paul Tobey scam out of the way. It turns out there is another Paul Toby (spelled differently), who lives in Calgary, who apparently ticked some people off when he sold a car.  Someone labeled him a scam artist. That guy is not me.</p>
<p>There is also a Paul G. Tobey who seems to be a high rank techie, who is neither me nor a scam.  Please, don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s me.  There is someone considering my Tinnitus digital program inquiring if its a scam, however, let me assure you, the testimonials on the program are legit, and anyone who has tried it, &#8211; that it is life-changing for chronic tinnitus sufferers.  However, there are tons of tinnitus scams out there&#8230; none of them are ME either!</p>
<p>There are also thousands looking for Tobey Maguire and Tobey Kieth, which are unrelated to me.   I&#8217;m not the famous actor, I&#8217;m the internet marketing guy who was once a  jazz pianist but by necessity I became an internet marketer! In fact, I became very good at it.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve trained thousands of people over the last 4 years,  and I&#8217;m humbled by the fact that I have yet to Google anything that hints of a Paul Tobey scam.</p>
<p>Our courses are outstanding, and our students get legit results.  We&#8217;ve trained everyone from small start-ups to aggressive business ventures, to government clients such as Ontario Place and Ontario Rental Board, to independent real-estate movers and shakers to financial planners, to tourism, folks in the horse industry, to manufacturing and distribution of salt chemicals and auto parts, to cosmetic spas, to direct-to consumer businesses who are looking for a competitive edge.</p>
<p>In fact, if you are business-2-business, or business-2-consumer, we can help.  I will say this though; if you want to sell cars or flowers online, you need a team of experts.  These are hugely competitive industry verticals, and you need full time staff to handle your search engine optimization.  Those are not virgin markets online.</p>
<p>And to compete, you&#8217;ll need some dollars.  However, other industries in retail, manufacturing, or small business (local or international) are still fair game.  You could win that game, and you only need to be 1 person with a few hours a week to get what you want.</p>
<p>What you want is targeted traffic to your website.  Once you get them there, you get them to take action (pick up the phone, give their email, send you and email, download something, or buy something).  You MUST collect their data! It&#8217;s a must!</p>

<p>All of my information is fantastic, but if you don&#8217;t put it into practice, you&#8217;ll be spinning your wheels.  You can easily avoid the thousands of dollars in mistakes, and hundreds of hours of hitting your head against a wall, getting the same unwanted result over and over again. I&#8217;ll give you the right way the first time, and spare you the headaches.</p>
<p>We will train you how to manage and oversee your internet marketing project, and/or do it yourself.  We&#8217;ve had many do-it-yourselfers in our courses, who have had, and are currently still getting, outstanding results! You can too!</p>
<p>It takes the will to learn it, and the drive to implement it.  It took me 4 years to go from 125K house to a 1.2 million dollar house.  It took me 4 months to start making money online, and 1 year to be financially free (which was a big deal from a starving jazz artist point of view).  You can do it too.  It&#8217;s not too late for you.  The internet is still very much virgin territory, and has lots of room for newbies. But the window is closing.  I&#8217;d say a couple of more years, and the industry will have evolved to a point where newbies will have a hard time competing against the workforce we are training now.</p>
<p>If you have a good idea, a stand up product or service, and you have the wherewithal to do your research, you&#8217;ll know if you should keep going with me in the first hour.  I&#8217;ll teach you how to do your research, and you&#8217;ll have an idea of your ROI within minutes.  If you have a bad idea, your research will tell you to bail.  If it tells you to bail, you bail.  Even I can&#8217;t help you if you have a bad idea! I don&#8217;t think a bad idea is limited though.  You may just discover that your bad idea needs a tweek in order to be outstanding.  Surprisingly, google will tell you! Google knows all, and I&#8217;ll show you how to find out &#8211; FAST!</p>

<p>There are several reasons for this, not the least of which is; what else do you think matters more in terms of marketing. So, let&#8217;s take a few moments and discuss the absolute best reasons for learning this most critical of skills.</p>
<ol>
<li>The internet is not going away.  It&#8217;s only getter bigger, faster, more powerful and is spreading fast.  It controls much of what we do and how we communicate.</li>
<li>If you want to reach beyond your local scene with products, services, information etc.  then you don&#8217;t have much choice, you have to use the internet.  That is unless you have several hundred thousand dollars a day to advertise on TV throughout the world.</li>
<li>It&#8217;s inexpensive and effective.  Dollar for dollar you won&#8217;t see a greater return on your investment than to spend a few hours a week learning and implementing internet marketing.</li>
<li>You spend time there anyway.  If you just took the time you spent searching for other people&#8217;s products, services and information and put that energy into marketing your own, you&#8217;d be way ahead of most people.</li>
<li>You can learn most of what you need to know in an internet marketing course.  The hard part is finding one that&#8217;s any good.  Learn from someone who has experience and results.  Avoid an internet marketing course at a college or university. Real world experience is all that counts.</li>
</ol>
<p>I&#8217;ve been somewhat of a flag waver for the internet these past few years.  Why? Because it works.  And, anyone can do it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I’m often asked; how do I create a successful <strong>targeted email marketing </strong>campaign?  More specifically; how often do I send out my emails to the same list?</p>
<p>Every situation as it pertains to targeted email marketing is slightly different.  Depending on the demographics of the list in question, the size of the list, what is the content of the email and what does it promote; that will tell me how often to repeat the emails.</p>
<p>For example; let’s say I’m promoting a live event such as a seminar.  When would I send out the first targeted email marketing email and how many follow up emails would I send?</p>
<p>Let’s take a look at a typical Training Business Pros’ event and the email campaign leading up to the event.   I believe this example illustrates the point very well.</p>
<p>Usually my first email blast invitation will go out 2 weeks before the actual event.  There are good days and bad days to send out emails but I usually stick to weekdays because my seminars are targeted at a business audience.</p>
<p>Typically, we receive about 150 registrations per event.  So let’s break that down and see exactly what the percentages are per email and how often they are sent out.</p>
<p>While each campaign gets slightly different results, the numbers I’m about to give are fairly accurate.  The first invitation which as I said goes out 2 weeks before an event gets about 25% of the total registrations.</p>
<p>There are several reasons for this, not the least of which is; people don’t generally know what they’re doing in 2 weeks and do not want to commit to it, not to mention the number of people that just don’t see it or read it.  Normally, if we didn’t send out another email we’d only get about 35 to 40 registrations which is around 25%.</p>
<p>The second email which goes out a week before the event gets another 25%.  The third which goes out 4 days before the event gets 35% and the final email the day before gets the remaining 15%.</p>
<p>So, the question you might ask is; why did the third email get the majority of signups?  Because, by that time they’d heard about it 2 or 3 times, decided that they had no conflicting events and finally committed to the date in question and signed up.</p>
<p>Is there a lesson to be learned from this?  Yes.</p>
<ol>
<li>If you only send out one email or do one      direct mailing you’ll only get a fraction of the total response rate.</li>
<li>Increasing the frequency as you get      closer to the date will increase the effectiveness of the campaign</li>
<li>There is little negative effect to your      subscriber list and most often will create the opposite effect which is;      more business.</li>
</ol>
<p>Direct mail or targeted email marketing or whatever direct mail response campaign that you use will work much better if repeated several times.  Think of television commercials and how often they repeat; sometimes within a few seconds of each other.</p>
<p>It’s important to realize that people are not always focused on every email that goes out so the more you send it, the greater the chance it will be read.  And finally, don’t worry about unsubscribers.  For every person that unsubscribes, several more will take their place.</p>
