So, you’re wondering if it’s worth it to purchase Market Samurai?

I’m gonna say… “YES!” And, give it a huge 2 thumbs up!

Why?  Because of all the keyword research tools out there, and I’ve used ‘em all, Market Samurai is by far the best and here are all the reasons why.

I wouldn’t be able to give a Market Samurai Review without first pointing out that keyword research is perhaps the most important thing you can do before building, updating or blogging on your website.

A website without traffic is like posting flyers in the rain forest. You do keyword research to tell you how many searches a keyword phrase gets and how much competition there is on Google and other search engines for that keyword phrase.

My websites rank for various keyword phrases, not just one, and Market Samurai helped me do that.

Reason #1: Market Samurai is easy to use and their video tutorials rock!  It’s a program that you download and install on your computer and it interfaces with Google’s synonym database.  The colorful results pages help you see exactly what you need to do to outrank your competition and it gives you just enough data, without overwhelming you, to accomplish any keyword task.

Reason #2: A Market Samurai Review wouldn’t be accurate without talking about the SEO competition results.  In most cases, the keyword phrases that you choose will have to rank better than the top 10 on Google.  Therefore, knowing exactly what you need to do to outrank them is key.  Market Samuari accomplishes this task by focusing not only on off site optimization but on site as well.  It gives you a very good snapshot of the top 10 and let’s you know where you can one-up the competition.

Reason #3: RESULTS!  I’ve been getting awesome results  on Google for not only long tail keyword phrases like “advanced piano lessons” or “Linus and Lucy sheet music” but also for short keyword phrases as well such as “business training” and “piano music”.  Knowing exactly what I need to do to rank is very important and Market Samurai does that for me.

Reason #4: Cost.  This software is inexpensive.  Last time I checked it was just under $100.  To me, it’s worth 10 times that much.  Imagine what one good keyword ranking on Google could do for your business.  It’s a no brainer.

This Market Samurai Review is based on using the software for almost a year.  In fact, I was likely one of the first people to download it. Like I said, I don’t post any content online without running it by Market Samurai first. Guessing my keyword phrases is not an option and not a good plan.

Ladd Mcnamara, Usana and …

Reporting on Network Marketing companies is simply not enough.  That’s like selling you the banana peel without the banana.  You have to talk about the people within the organizations. That’s what makes the good juice when deciding on what “leader” to choose.

I met Dr. Ladd Mcnamara in California at a Champions celebration hosted by Brian Klemmer, best selling author and one of the best trainer’s I personally know.  Ladd Mcnamara was one of the select few being honored at a celebration of “Champions”.

I rarely speak of my lovely wife Nancy in these blogs, but it was  Nancy who intuitively engaged Ladd in a conversation, and later whispered in my ear that she had invited Ladd to participate in one of our leader’s workshops in Toronto called Train the Trainer

I had the privilege to train Ladd Mcnamara and my family had some quality one-on-one time to spend with him.

We attended several functions, and we witnessed Ladd McNamara’s “rock-star” status.  Even in Toronto, people felt a great need to shake his hand, ask for autographs, and speak with him.  Dr. McNamara, often embarrassed by the intrusions, was graceful, humble and often surprised by the attention.

I guess, in the world of Usana, as it turns out, he is a rock-star.  With a effortless ability to speak, and a passion for health and wellness, it’s obvious to anyone that he’s doing his real soul work.  Despite a difficult swing during a Usana corporate “shakedown”  Ladd Mcnamara could have been considered corporate “collateral damage”.

Lesser men would have accepted their fate .  Not Ladd. Being the collateral damage was not acceptable.

Dr. Ladd McNamara continues to endorse a product he is deeply committed to and believes in.  He teaches total wellness without the need to be at the mercy of large pharmaceuticals.  I guess if your that public about it, you’ll get yourself in the line of fire at some point.

I’m not a network marketer.  However, I’ve trained my fair share of leaders and I’ve been hanging around a few network marketing companies.

I have observed the following qualities in Top Network Marketing Leaders:

• The Top Leaders are deeply committed to the products they represent.  They truly believe in the product, and their loyalty is to the product, not necessarily to the corporation.  This is a good thing! Look for these folks when you choose a leader to be under.
• The Top Leaders are highly networked with other top leaders.  They create alliances and keep lines of communications open at all times.  They don’t act from lack, competition or fear.  They act in faith, and trust, and act in cooperation with other teams.
• The Top Leaders spend money training themselves.  You’ll often see them attend trainings outside their own company trainings, either through personal development or professional development trainings.  A leader who goes after knowledge makes a strong leader.
• The Top Leaders do not tolerate excuses from themselves or from others.  They have a strong compassion muscle, but will have little tolerance for excuses.  They didn’t get to the top by complaining or making excuses. Therefore, if you identify a leader with a strong focus, this is a good thing.
• The Top Leaders have a history.  Even Trump declared bankruptcy and so have many other millionaires.  If you find garbage on folks, don’t let that stop you.  What has brought leaders down, have often built them up again.  Baggage or “experience” is a good thing here.
• When they are down, top leaders often come back on the upswing, its a good stock to invest in, so hang on for the ride!
• Top Leaders  have what it takes to re-invent themselves and their teams.  If this means creating another strong team, that’s what they’ll do to find the collaboration of like-minded folks.
• Top Leaders recover quickly from mistakes.  You’ll be hard pressed to find a top leader have a pity party that will last very long.  They do not dwell on negativity, but rather focus on the solution – instead of the problem.

Dr. Ladd McNamara is not only a Leader, but an inspiration to others who have been faced with adversity, and a great example of how to pull up your boot straps, keep going – and no excuses! That’s the stuff Top Leaders are made from.

If you are considering joining a Usana team, a Mannatech team or any other network marketing team, consider your leader first.

Then the real question is this:  How deeply committed are you to become that TOP leader?

That is the question!

If you are doing your due diligence and checking out the network marketing company Mannatech, in order to find out if you should join this company or not, you owe it to yourself to read this unbiased and refreshing article.

Did you know that there are 95 people a day that search for Mannatech Scam on Google? So, the fact that you may have done that and found this article proves it in part. It’s the number one search term that pops up in the Google drop down list once you’ve keyed in “Mannatech” in the search box.

People are smart and have been conditioned to do their research. Anyone who is looking to join a network marketing company like Mannatech will inevitably do research on the company and usually Google is the first place they’ll look.  Since Mannatech Scam is at the top of the search drop down list, it’s easy for people to immediately find and read anything negative associated with this company.

Let me set the record before I continue.

“I am not a network marketer nor am I into MLM.”

I am a businessman and trainer who helps small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs like network marketers navigate the internet as a part of their overall marketing plan.  My motto is; “to ignore the internet at this time in history is to ignore the most effective and least costly Marketing Medium on the planet.”

So, as a marketer I can see, and likely you can to, that the scenario I’ve laid out above, could represent a significant problem for a company like Mannatech.  Why? Because most people tend to believe the negative stuff they read before they believe the good.  Wouldn’t you agree?

So, why is that? Perhaps a lifetime of programming the sub-conscious is the culprit?  I believe so.  Negative news and negative views are more prevalent in our society than you might be aware of. It’s a simple result of most people being focused on what they don’t want instead of what they do.

For example: Did you know that you found this article mainly because of SEO and Social Networking?  I had to learn how to do that. If more people learned how to make their lives better by engaging in the learning process instead of the bashing process, I wouldn’t have to write articles like this.

The issue I really want to discuss here is; just how much of a problem for Mannatech could this mean to their reputation?  Better yet, what does it mean to their bottom line. Well, after crunching some numbers, I’d figure about a minimum of $300,000 a month in lost product sales alone is at stake.  It would be significantly higher if you consider how many people turn away from working with Mannatech as a result of their negative online reputation.

For example: consider how many other associates would have had the opportunity to come into the company as a result of those that chose not to come in?  Network marketing is working in reverse in this situation where 1 person tells 2 people who then tells 2 people and so on. It’s a major online reputation management problem and one that is common in today’s content crazy internet world.

So, what is my experience with Mannatech and what do I think?  Well, after having spent the weekend at their annual event in Dallas, TX I can honestly say that this company has a lot going for it.

In the area of products alone, their glyconutrient based supplements have the potential to do a tremendous amount of good for health conscious people.

So, what about the company itself and its network marketing business structure?  Well, that too seems to be quite sound.  It employs many of the same strategies as other network marketing companies and like it or not, the numbers are clear; this year alone 65 million people will join a network marketing company.  Unbelievable, yes?  But true.

In my experience, it’s the associates that drive the success of any network marketing company.  And, after having spent the weekend with many of them I can tell you that Mannatech has a lot going for it because of these people.

Am I going to get involved?  No.  I can’t.

My company Training Business Pros stands to lose everything it has built by aligning itself with any network marketing company.

But, having said that, the people that I met were all amazing people.

What impressed me most about the people I met was their unwavering devotion to a company they believed in and a product they could rely on.  This is not fiction.  These are real people, leading real businesses and consuming real products that help them.

And inevitably, along comes a few disgruntled individuals who have axes to grind with either the technology or the business structure and write whatever they want in some online forum or blog.  Do these people know how much they are hurting others?

They may claim do it in the name of “justice” or a warped sense of “looking out for the welfare of others” but, everything they write is bad.  “Mannatech Scam” they say.  and “Mannatech Fraud”.

Who are these people and why do they feel the need to bring others down to prop themselves up?  This I will never understand.  If they just spent more time living a life of gratitude and abundance they might not have time to pull others down into their sorrowful pit of depression and anger.

Anyway, enough of that.  My thougths are this, “Mannatech Scam” is not even close to the experience that I have had as an unbiased observer.  I honestly would join the company if I could and that you can take to the bank.

So, why am I writing this?  What is my purpose?

Are you tired of people using online forums to rag on others who in my experience are great, kind, loving and caring people?  My intention is to encourage those of you who are among the 65 million people who will join a network marketing company this year, to take a serious look at Mannatech.  The real Mannatech.  Not the company who people without lives write about. But, the company that I saw and witnesses first hand.

By all means, do your research.  But, don’t stop after everything you read about Mannatech Scam.  Spend some time reading the supportive testimonials, the results, the profit you can make and the life you could live by following a business plan that works.  That’s the great thing about network marketing, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

As far as I can tell, everyone I met in Dallas that weekend had clear unwavering vision and world of opportunity at their feet.  Good luck to all of them on their journey!

P.S. Mannatech scam is largely the invention of Search Engine Marketers who knew the search habits of online searchers.  They know how to use the search term “Mannatech Scam” to optimize articles, optimize videos, and manipulate scam reports.  Don’t be fooled my the non-legit claims.

Congratulations to our 12 Year Old Son Adrian who has started a kids helping kids blog! He was motivated by his own experience when he went to the bank to find out the bank had closed his savings account.

Pat Foran from CTV news came to the house today to interview Adrian about his story and how his story can help other kids with their kids money problems! I’m very proud of our son for focusing on the solution, rather than the problem!

Klemmer and Associates Seminar Review Nov 2009

Jennifer Beale, a highly respected publicist in Toronto, told me about Brian Klemmer’s Compassionate Samurai Seminar and for some time has been urging me to see Brian speak.  Brian Klemmer often makes appearances in Barrie, Brampton, and the GTA, so she kept me in the loop regarding his appearances in Toronto.  I finally made a point to mark his next appearance in my agenda, and I missed it.

I asked Jennifer to please advise me when he would be back in town.  This time, Jennifer arranged for me to meet Brian and attend the introductory 3-Hour seminar.  Brian wasn’t the speaker on that day, however, the trainer was excellent!  I observed everything with great detail, as training is one of my loves.  The trainer had approximately 60 participants in the room.  He took careful time to introduce himself with grace, and gave some detail on who Klemmer and Associates are.  Without bragging, without being over-the-top, without being in-your-face anything, he humbly told the story of how he got involved with training and what brought him from preaching to teaching.

It wasn’t long before the audience was having a great time.  Maybe 20 minutes into his introduction, the audience was participating and fully engaged.  There was an excellent exercise on why most of us get stuck in our personal and professional lives, and where we fall short of having our breakthrough moments.

The trainer answered some questions, and asked permission to coach those who wanted guidance.  One gentleman was having trouble in his married life, after 40 years of marriage, he was interested to find out how he could turn the negativity around.  You could see the light bulb moment in his expression, almost as soon as he heard himself ask the question.  It was nice to experience that he felt the environment was safe enough to explore those answers with the coach and the audience.

There was another young fellow who had a clear goal of making $5K a month for himself and his young family.  However, he had no idea how he was going to sell more business machines to help him achieve this.  In search for self-improvement, and in search of answers, he was brave enough to ask the question in front of many others, who secretly wanted the same answer to the “wealth” question.

The entire time I watched/studied the trainer in front of me, a student trained by Brian Klemmer.  I was very impressed.  If all of Brian’s trainers are this good, I could see why a top publicist would recommend his company.  I could see what it is she wanted me to observe.

The trainer didn’t come into the room with a big show of electronics, in fact, he didn’t have a mic.  It wasn’t a ra-ra, filled with empty training.  There was extremely valuable content in there, in fact, my wife wrote notes with headlines, to help us remember some of the great content – the golden nuggets offered for free that night.

From the very top, Klemmer and Associate’s training, said “this is a 3 hour sample of the 3-day course” and therefore, his audiences expected to hear about the 3-day course during the 3 hour session.  Participants become trainees, and are so engaged, that they have no problem letting the trainer do his job.  In essence, the trainer takes a brief moment to introduce an opportunity to purchase the 3-Day course for a very small risk tuition.

I believe Klemmer’s courses will help all though looking for leadership and business training and I recommend that you pick up the phone and give them a call.

Paving Brantford Al’s Driveway Paving

Corporate Training & Team Building at Air Combat Zone!

I havn’t recommended a business in ages.  I’m actually finding it tough to take time out of my day to blog.  But this was so worth it, I’m making a point of blogging about it!

I took my family to Air Combat Zone in Mississauga this past weekend.  It’s quite the training ground.  You get to experience a real training, get your mission in the mission command room, then get in a simulator and execute your mission.  I never thought I’d get to say this, but my wife and I did get in a dog fight with our son Adrian and his good buddy Everett.  Adrian shot me down 5 times!  It’s a good thing we just get into another plane!

I spoke with the owner and commanding officer, Steve Bigg, at length about Air Combat Zone.  He is also a Certified Trainer, and offers corporate trainings, team building, leadership seminars, as well as offerings for school boards and teachers. Steve is an accredited pilot himself, who trained in air combat, so you could imagine his passion and knowledge in his field of expertise.  A very inspiring guy.

Pick your mission: ground to air, air to air, etc.  You can simulate your take offs and landings on air craft carriers, and it goes on and on.

I highly recommend this! Whether you want to teach your kids about leadership (while having a blast), or you are looking for corporate trainings in an engaging and stimulating environment, this is it!  Don’t look further than Air Combat Zone in Mississauga.
