Open letter to Steve Pavlina

Steve Pavlina

Dear Steve,

Sept 7th 2006, I joined the Million Dollar Experiment and made my intention very public on my blog.
I was just doing a spring clean up on my blog, I found my million dollar intention post. As a starving jazz artist, I was hopeful, but still a bit mystified how I would receive a million dollars. Fast forward 4 years, and I didn’t win the lottery, nor did a stranger hand me over a million in cash.

However, I have certainly created more than 1 million in wealth, and I’m going for 10 million.

It started with the intention, and your experiment gave me the opportunity to write down my intention and make it public.  There was no going back! I was deeply committed.

One of my mentors bought me a book filled with empty pages and the title is “life is not about finding yourself, it’s about CREATING yourself” and as the song goes “the rest is still unwritten”.  It’s truly up to each individual to create/write what will be in those pages. I was open to your experiment, even if I didn’t have any evidence of “how” it would work to make one million, I just trusted that it would.  It seemed like an impossible amount of money, but my faith muscle was strong, and I just wanted to let you know how real this was for me. The true pleasure is that I was able to help hundreds, or thousands of others along the way.

I was a bit naive when I posted the 7th of Sept 2006. But as a re-read it now, I see evidence of a deep commitment to create my reality. I have promoted your site to my graduates and would encourage you to keep the Million Dollar Experiment alive.  Your experiment has ripple effects into the world, one ripple at a time.  The tide shifted for me.  I want to send you heartfelt thanks for all of your work.

Your purpose and the work you do through your blog, has served me over the last 4 years.  I took an “idea” given birth on your site, and took massive action to create my reality.  I have been very blessed, but I certainly could not take all the credit.  Your site and your work has served as one of the beacons on my path, and I think its important for me to acknowledge that.

Congrats on great work, wishing you continued success on your journey.

    Hi Paul!

Usually I am VERY cautious, if someone calls themselves ‘unbiased’ reviewers :-) and mostly I don’t bother, looking into their stuff, cause, this is what my experience has proven me so far, as more as someone calls themselves ‘unbiased’ the more is behind ‘it’.

BUT – here is the great part. I have followed my instinct, and went on your blog or website, and I have got positively surprised.

Being a personality coach and mentor myself, I loved the part about:

“life is not about finding yourself, it’s about CREATING yourself” and as the song goes “the rest is still unwritten”.

Something which I am so happy, to have stumbled upon, right now.
It IS about CREATING YOURSELF, on a daily basis…and yes, the rest IS still unwritten.

Thanks for being such an inspiration. Keep on writing YOUR PERSONAL STORY and share as many chapters, as possible, with as many people as possible…

Have a wonderful day – you’ve made MINE.

    Best wishes,

    Markus

PS: As soon as I purchase MarketingSamurai, I will send you my order receipt for the instructional video of yours!
